Each published piece is embedded with a message that challenges the reader to make a connection between ideas and concept’s. More importantly, the series of poems give a testimony and explains how you can achieve your dreams by believing in them.

About the Author: Victory Amber resides in Southern California. She is the former Vice President of A&R at Bungalo/Universal Music Group, where she helped shape the careers of various artists. Victory has held an illustrious career in the entertainment industry, working with artists such as DeVante Swing (Jodeci), Orisha Sound, and Flo Rida. After experiencing both heartache and triumphant relationships, Victory Amber has written an empowering collection of psalms from the heart.

After spending most of her life in the beautiful South Central Pennsylvania farmland, Darlene Meyers following her love of Poetry, Art and Smooth Jazz spent much time in Detroit Michigan and Athens Georgia before making the move to Los Angeles. Her first book of poetry, “Butterflies and Blossoms” shares the journey of relocating to Los Angeles and starting over with only the items she could carry in two suitcases. It is a message of having faith and following your dreams even when the journey can be challenging and scary.
Her second book “The NOHO Farm Girl shares poetry of inspiration and encouragement. Seeds of hope and love are planted with every word of every poem.
Darlene now calls NOHO her home and her greatest joy is encouraging others and helping them to see their true value. She is active in Community Programs assisting the under served, advocating for justice for all and assisting the homeless.
In addition to her two books, she has also started her own Greeting Card line, “Words of Encouragement by momma d”.
Her son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren are living on the East Coast. When not writing she enjoys reading, art and listening to music. Her passion is to be an encourager to everyone she meets. She frequently volunteers at the DTLA Women’s Center and is actively involved in programs assisting the homeless. She also enjoys assisting with programs for youth encouraging them to use creativity as a form of therapy and expression.
